What You’ll Need
- 1 Pouch Gluten-free Cake Mix
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp xantham gum
- 125g caster sugar
- 125 ml luke warm water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Place gluten-free cake mix in a bowl and add xantham gum
- Add caster sugar, luke warm water and oil,
- Vanilla and vinegar in a seperate bowl and whisk
- Add cake mix and combine with a hand whisk for approximately 10 sec.
- Pour into a greased tin.
- Bake at 160 degees F
- 30-35 mins. Cupcakes 8-12
