Gluten-free Cake Mix


This gluten-free cake mix will create lovely baked goods that have a smooth mouth feel to every bite. Created with blends of three of my favourite gluten-free flours. The ratio is perfect to give your cakes and cupcakes a beautiful rise.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 Pouch Gluten-free Cake Mix
  • 75 ml vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp xantham gum
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 125 ml luke warm water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


  1. Place gluten-free cake mix in a bowl and add xantham gum
  2. Add caster sugar, luke warm water and oil,
  3. Vanilla and vinegar in a seperate bowl and whisk
  4. Add cake mix and combine with a hand whisk for approximately 10 sec.
  5. Pour into a greased tin.
  6. Bake at 160 degees F
  7. 30-35 mins. Cupcakes 8-12

Garbanzo bean flour, rice, potato, maze, and chickpea flour.
