Whether you are a beginner or want to upscale your skills, there is a class for everyone. I also offer bespoke one-to-one classes if you feel the need to work on particular areas, you can get in touch by filling in this enquiry form.

One day buttercream and chocolate drip class
Will be working with real cakes that you will bake, assemble and decorate. This will allow you to keep the finished design as a display and to use it as a point of reference when working on your sugar flower hoop in the future.
What you will learn:
You will learn to bake a vanilla sponge cake from scratch.
You will also be making buttercream filling and colouring your buttercream. Next, you will learn how to cut perfect layers, and how to stack and fill your cake.
You will be crumb coating, adding your final buttercream layer, and creating perfect straight edges to give a professional finish. Finally, you will be adding fresh fruits to your creation.
Please note that fruits in this class are subject to change.
Tea and coffee will be served. Please bring a packed lunch.

Cake Pop Course
Impress family & friends after learning to make cake pops.
10 x Cake Pops
Here is the detailed course outline:
- Suitable for beginners, but any level is welcomed.
- You will decorate 10 cake pops in total
- Recipe for cake and butter cream provided.
- Cake will be provided for use in class.
- Tips on how to colour and flavour your buttercream.
- How to get the best consistency in your cake mixture to form balls.
- How to avoid issues such as cake sliding off stick and your chocolate cracking.
- Decorating and adding edible mediums to your cake pops.
As an added bonus
I will teach you how to show off your edible pops in style by making a cake pop stand to display your work.
Note: Class may run over depending on how quickly you work.
Please make sure you are available on the 25th of November as the class is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All courses booked with Kamara’s Cakes require a 50% deposit, which is not refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure the dates are suitable and you are required to pay the remaining balance 3 weeks before the class start date.
We serve the right to cancel a class if we do not have enough bookings.
If a class is cancelled indefinitely by us, then under these circumstances a refund will be issued.
